As part of the Madden NFL 22 pre-order offer, players can redeem a promotional offer that expires on August 20, 2021. By redeeming the offer by September 1, 2022, players will receive 20 Staff Points for the Classic Franchise mode, a single-player connected mode, 1 Cover Athlete Vanity Capsule, 1 Elite NFL Star Player Item, and a 10-level unlock in "The General" player class for their avatar in Face of the Franchise and The Yard. This offer is only valid for new purchases of Madden NFL 22 or participating online retailers, and all content is for use with a single EA Account.

Vanity Capsule items are for use in The Yard game mode, while all player items are for use in the Madden Ultimate Team game mode ("MUT"). For retail pre-orders, players should consult their retailer for early access distribution details and pick-up time.
